I have lived in the village for 27 years with my wife Penny, the last 12 of which I was elected onto the Parish Council and throughly enjoying being part of a very professional team. I feel we have achieved a lot with the refurbishment of the recreation ground, speed watch, allotments and flooding issues and many more, but of course still got a long way to go but a very positive start, plus most important, keeping Five Oak Green as a village.
My interests are my dog Bea, fish keeping, I have a Koi pond which takes a lot of time to maintain, horses, (my horse is on livery at Holmewood Farm), whilst still trying to run a small general maintenance company. I am a Flood Warden for the village, Vice Chair of the Finance Committee, Chair of the Housing and Memorial Cottage Committee, and a member of KALC (Kent Association of Local Councils).
Really looking forward to the challengers ahead and serving the community.
